🛒 Order & Shipping Updates

Q: How will I know my order went through?
A: You’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email right after completing your purchase.

Q: Will I get tracking information?
A: Absolutely. You’ll get emails at each stage:

  • Order Shipped – includes tracking link.

  • Out for Delivery – quick heads-up that it’s almost there.

  • Delivered – confirmation with tracking details.

Q: What happens if my order is cancelled or refunded?

  • Cancelled Order – You’ll receive an email confirming cancellation.

  • Refunded Order – You’ll receive an email with refund details.


📦 Shipping Information

Q: When will my gear arrive?
We don’t do dusty warehouse stock — every piece is made fresh. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then it ships from Texas: 3–4 days Standard or 1–3 days Express. Most U.S. orders land in under a week.


💵 Sales Tax

Q: How is sales tax calculated?
A: Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on product rates and your shipping address.


🔄 Order Issues & Returns

Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?
A: You have 15 days from the expected delivery date to submit a claim.

Q: What if my item is damaged or has a manufacturing error?
A: Submit a problem report — we’ll reorder the item or refund you.
