How will I know my order went through?

Will I get tracking information?

Absolutely. You’ll get emails at each stage:

2. Out for Delivery – quick heads-up that it’s almost there.

3. Delivered – confirmation with tracking details.

What happens if my order is cancelled or refunded?

Cancelled Order – You’ll receive an email confirming cancellation.

When will my gear arrive?

We don’t do dusty warehouse stock — every piece is made fresh. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then it ships from Texas: 3–4 days Standard or 1–3 days Express. Most U.S. orders land in under a week.

How is sales tax calculated?

Sales tax is automatically calculated at checkout based on product rates and your shipping address.

What if there’s a problem with my order?

You have 15 days from the expected delivery date to submit a claim.
